• At Present 50-percent of America’s population works providing income tax to the government and 50-percent of America’s population receives some form of government entitlement.
  • Federal, State, and local governments employ nationally 17-percent of America’s work-force. In Washington DC this number dramatically rises to 38-percent!
  • In an attempt to keep this simple, what this means is 83-percent of America’s work-force works in what is referred to as (private sector) and 17-percent is employed by the government.
  • What is critically important to understand is the (17-percent working for the government) is paid for by the 83-percent working in the private sector.
  • Stats vary a little based on different data but in general current information says “Corporate America” (meaning large businesses) employ nationally 38-percent of America’s private sector work-force. The important thing to remember is, the (17-percent government work-force) is paid for through tax collection from the 83-percent (private sector) and that Corporate America is employing 38-percent of those (private sector jobs)!
  • To sum this up 50-percent of America’s population pays federal income tax. From this collection of taxes, our government uses this money to pay the (17-percent government work-force) along with the government entitlements paid out to 50-percent of those not paying taxes.
  • If we go one step further, realizing by combining government and corporate (large business) they collectively provide 55-percent of the total jobs provided to America’s 50-percent working population.
  • Reflecting upon the leadership of our nation, many Americans feel both political parties are bought and paid for by corporate America along with special interest groups. If the phrase “never bite the hand that feeds you” has any credence, we should realize those receiving entitlements or working for (government/corporate) could become powerless as the messaging becomes pressure to toe the line.
  • Last we should understand the significance of political rhetoric stating “tax the wealthy and make them pay their fair share” understanding even though our politicians publically display disdain toward corporate America, their actions and policies have allowed them to monopolize and thrive within America’s industry and throughout the world.
  • A final thought to ponder; if we allow the government to grow and corporate monopolies to thrive essentially dominating the jobs available to America’s working class. We must understand as a collective people we are sacrificing the power of independence and self-creation for future generations to come. The fallacy of redistribution through political deal makers has throughout history destroyed the greatest of nations. What America’s next generation must decide is will you be a Lion creating your own destiny, or will you be a Lamb led to the politician’s slaughter?
